Service Reliability Engineer

Role:             Service Reliability Engineer

Location:     Remote

Salary:         £45,000 to £55,000 + Benefits 

My client, a leading financial services company, are looking to recruit a Service Reliability Engineer to join their technology team to  and help to deliver the day to day support and configuration activities within the business, as well as providing service stability of technologies supported by the team, and provide support for service generally in collaboration with other teams and colleagues.

Key skills/experience required; 

  • Understanding of Monitoring and Alerting concepts
  • Experience/Knowledge of some of the following enterprise tools:
    • Control-M platform technologies and operation
    • Connect Direct
    • Azure Platform
    • PowerShell scripting
    • Monitoring and alerting tools e.g. SCOM, Azure Monitor
    • MS SQL Server and creating SQL queries
    • Remedy/Helix
    • SharePoint, PowerApps
    • Automation
  • ITIL certification and/or Microsoft certification is desirable.
