Role: Business Analyst x 2
Location: Northampton (2 days a week in the office)
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000
My client, an award winning banking organisation, are looking to recruit 2 Business Analysts to join their growing team, to work closely with the projects teams to ensure delivery of all solutions are fit for purpose and anticipated benefits are realised.
Key skills/experience;- Experience of operating as a Business Analyst for 5+ years across full project lifecycle, ideally within Financial Services/banking organisations, i.e., delivering Requirements and Operational Design (Business-Processes) and supporting implementation of business-change projects.
- Agile and/ or Waterfall experience
- Business Analysis qualification (i.e., ISEB, Agile Product Owner, CBAP, Lean/Six Sigma) (desirable)
- Project Management qualification (i.e., Prince II) (desirable)
