Role: Release and Readiness Manager
Location: Remote (occasional requirement to be in the office in Northampton)
Type: Contract
Rate: £500 to £530/day (outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
My client, a market leading financial services company, are looking to recruit a Release and Readiness Manager to be responsible for associated activities within the Readiness & Implementation Management lifecycle.
Key Skills/Experience;
• Experience in ICS Release Management.
• Experience in managing multiple application releases within a multi-product environment including third party and client delivery.
• Excellent understanding of the end to end Release Management Lifecycle in multiple technologies including cloud delivery.
• Experience of managing third parties and clients as well as experience of leading multiple and complex Releases/Implementations is desirable.
• Ability to determine the critical success factors (CSF) for a successful release/implementation and identify key performance indicators (KPI) to support.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong Stakeholder Management including internal/external Senior Management.
• Experience across IT & Business delivery.
• Experiencing using IT change tools would be an advantage.
• High level understanding of project management life cycle.
