Role: Senior Technical Support Analyst (Shift Work)
Location: Northampton
Salary: £40,000 to £47,000 + car allowance
My client, a leading financial services organisation, are looking to recruit a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide second line technical support to their Operations teams, client systems and business users. This role requires shift work; three week shift pattern consisting of two weeks of day shift (07:00-15:00) and one week of evening shift (15:00-23:00)
Key Skills and Experience:
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop & Server Operating Systems
• Excellent working knowledge of Dell Desktop / Laptop and Server hardware
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of server and desktop virtualisation technologies
• Excellent working knowledge of Anti-virus products (Preferably Symantec)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven aptitude for writing documentation and creating processes
Any of the following would be highly advantageous;
• ITIL Foundation Certification in Service Management
• ITIL Practitioner is desirable
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft MCSA Certified is desirable
• VMware VCP Certified is desirable
• Microsoft MCSE Certified or higher is desirable
