Essential skills/requirements below:- Proven 1st/2nd line support experience
- Ensuring telephone calls, emails and self-service calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner
- Strong communicator, flexible, positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Early shift 7.00-15.30, day shift 8.30-17:00, late 10.00-19.00
- Must have a full UK driving licence
