Role: Field Service Engineer
Salary: £35K - £40k + car
Location: Leeds
My client, a growing MSP are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to be responsible for all onsite service and support needs for their customers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience;- IT support experience within a virtual environment built on Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware
- previously supported services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience within technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP
- Diagnosis skills of technical issues
- Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
- Experience of working for an MSP and supporting various clients is highly advantageous
