- We are currently recruiting on behalf of our South Yorkshire based client for two Software Developers with strong MVC and C# .NET experience to join their team as they continue to grow and restructure. This company, a data management software organisation, are now looking for one senior member of staff and one mid level to add to their existing workforce as they continue to provide market leading software solutions to public and private sector organisations.
Job Title: Software Developer
Location: South Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000-50,000
Main duties/ tasks:
Must be comfortable in proactively estimating, designing, and implementing high-quality, robust and well-tested solutions.
Must be able to work across the full software stack, from browser to server.
Must be able to develop software in accordance with ‘Secure Development’ policies.
Must be passionate about computers and programming – any personal projects in related technologies will be considered when assessing candidates.
Must be able to research and innovate appropriate solutions in response to diverse and unexpected customer requirements.
Must be comfortable in speaking to customers, and in taking, investigating, and answering support calls as required.
Experience required:
C# (minimum 3 years experience)
.NET Framework v4.5+
HTML/Javascript/jQuery
Windows Server
Experience with version control software
Exposure to SQL Server (but not necessarily an expert)
Desirable but not required:
Git
Typescript
