Role:           Solution Architect

Location:    Hybrid Role - Remote/Office (Milton Keynes)

Salary:        £70,000 - £80,000pa + Bonus, Private Healthcare (Family Cover), Pension (5% from you, 10% from the client) and Life Assurance

A great opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that is looking to modernise all of their current product/service offerings to their industry. You will be a solution architect, playing a major role as they move their products from On-Prem to the Cloud, becoming a full-on SaaS organisation. 

The Solution Architect will be able to demonstrate strong skills in product/application architecture, as well as being able to work with stakeholders to understand/gather requirements showing good technical analysis skills. 

Key responsibilities for the Solution Architect role include, but are not limited too;

  • Manage the configuration and deployment of technical projects
  • Determine the technical requirements for delivery of the applications than the business offers to their industry
  • Mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements
  • Responsible for the performance, standards and direction of IS Architecture
Key experience for the Solution Architect

  • Previous experience working in an application/product environment defining technical requirements
  • Worked in an architecture role where you are responsible for the delivery of requirements
  • Good technical analysis skills
  • The ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Good technical understanding across various technologies
  • Agile background
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a company that is looking to modernise their business from a technical point. You will be part of 2 major programmes, as well as moving all products into the cloud. The role is ideally a hybrid role, with 1-2 days a week in the companies Milton Keynes office.
