Job Description
A brilliant opportunity for a Senior Java Developer, with design skills, to come on-board and work on an in-house built solution, playing a major role in the continued development of the product to the industry. You will build new platforms and tools to the highest quality and reliability to enable the business to continue their transition to a Microservice oriented architecture.
What you'll be doing:- Migration of current features to Microservices
- API definition and implementation
- Implementation of new features for the in-house built platform
- Rolling out applications on a regular basis internally and externally
- Making application more scalable
Key technical skills for the Senior Java Developer include:- Expertise in Java - (Java 7 or higher)
- Experience working with cloud technologies - AWS ideally
- Strong experience with Microservices
- Spring Framework, Spring boot
- Has been involved in the design/architecture of solutions
- Demonstrable experience of test-driven development.
- JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber
- Hibernate
- Spring 2.5/3 (including Spring MVC)
- JavaScript
