Role and Objectives:
Fantastic opportunity for a driven Business Analyst to join an FCA regulated organisation as part of their change team. Reporting into the Lead Business Analyst, the person will work closely with internal teams across the business to understand requirements by leading workshops to define/create appropriate solutions for delivery approval and subsequent delivery of the solution.
The Business Analyst will come from a financial services background, as a business analyst, and will have been involved in data migration projects, where they have helped define processes and worked to the relevant methodologies, producing documentation of the highest standards.
Further key responsibilities for the role includes:- Working with the team to provide business processes for the end customer.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders, internal and external.
- Escalate risks and issues to line management in a timely manner and assist with implementation of solution where appropriate.
- Actively support the change management team with knowledge sharing and best practice learnings
- Work to agreed business analysis framework ensuring that all tasks are conducted such that they satisfy legislative requirements, internal controls and policy conditions.
Key experience required for the Business Analyst includes:
- Strong experience working as a business analyst in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Financial Services industry experience - Worked in a regulated environment
- Good experience working with data
- Must have worked on data migration projects - creating processes
- Experience of Business Analysis methodology and industry best practice
- Experience in creating BPMN diagrams
This is a crucial role for the client, and they need someone who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of data and its importance, along with excellent process skills. Candidates MUST have recent experience in the financial services industry.
