Role: IT Operations Support Analyst
Location: Woking
Duration: 3 months Shifts: 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts - 2 x 07.00 - 19.00 and 2 x 19.00 - 07.00
Rate: £160 per day

The Opportunity:
The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for the provision of operational data centre support for the business to customers that use their data centres. You will be responsible for various tasks, such as:- Tape changes,
- Ghost imaging/Cloning,
- Basic troubleshooting hardware failures
- Providing Operational Support on the above areas,
You will be expected to have experience in the following:
- Troubleshooting through to resolution of a 1st Line Faults on all Data Centre Products.
- This will include both physical and software checks to an acceptable level as outlined by your Manager.
- Data cabling installation, management and patching
- Hardware replacement
- Experience in using a ticketing system
- Understanding of IT Systems
Candidates must be able to drive, and be comfortable with some heavy lifitng of equioment.
This is a shift based role, 4 on 4 off ( 2 days 07.00 - 19.00 & 2 nights 19.00 - 07.00hrs). Candidates will be trained up on the products, in order to hit the ground running.
