Salary: £50,000 - £60,000pa + Benefits

Role Summary
An exciting role for an Automation Test Lead to lead the team's move into automation testing. This person will be responsible for building up the automation framework, from scratch, providing hands on automation testing skills for the business, owning the test environments.
You will also look to build a team and lead them on all testing activities, working closely with development in order to meet requirements.
Key responsibilities for the Automation Test Lead include:- Contribution to product quality through implementation of agile QA principles.
- Building an automation framework.
- Working with the test and development teams to introduce and maintain Automated Testing.
- Perform hands-on manual/exploratory testing.
- Own test/QA environments in collaboration with the rest of the Technology team.
- Working with internal and external customers to complete QA and UA test plans.
- Managing your team workload and deliver against agreed deadlines.
- Previous experience in building an automation framework
- Hands-on automation testing experience, with selenium
- Led testing activities and mentored other testers
- Solid understanding and experience of the agile software development lifecycle
- Experience with testing code frameworks.
