The role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a software support person to join my client's expanding team as the 1st point of contact for customers with software issues. You will work with customers over the phone, and by email, in a remote capacity, identifying issues using troubleshooting methods to understand the problem and attempt a 1st time fix, where possible.
This is an excellent opportunity, offering great prospects, to be involved in a key business area during an exciting period of growth for the company, and it will allow you to develop personally and professionally. This role is office based.
Required Skills:- Experience in a support environment, dealing with software issues
- Good knowledge of debugging tools, such as Chrome DevTools
- Strong systems fault-finding and analytical skills
- A good communicator
- An ability to converse with non-technical people on IT issues and are able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Team player, with ability to work on own as well when required
What will you learn:- Application support and operational advice,

- Software installation and configuration,
- Databases and reporting
- Delivering Software as a Service (SAAS).
This is a permanent role that is office based, predominantly. Candidates must be willing to go to the office up to 5 days a week. My client offers great career prospects within the business, and a full training program.
