Summary
Excellent opportunity for a Lead Project Manager to join a forward thinking organisation that leads a number of services to the financial services sector. This is a leadership role, managing a small team of project managers , in charge of delivering large projects across the business and to 3rd parties.
A key part of the role is to lead the delivery of the agile methodology across the business, transitioning from waterfall methodology, by designing the framework. You will be able to demonstrate strategic qualities, taking into account the vision of the organisation its culture.
Key responsibilities for the Lead Project Manager:- Lead and deliver large projects across the business
- Line management of a team of project managers
- Work closely with the product team to understand requirements for delivery of product services
- Lead the transition from a waterfall methodology to an agile methodology
- Budget management
- Reporting to the Head of Business Change and board on project progress
- Senior project management experience
- Delivered a methodology transition from Waterfall to Agile
