- Position: Infrastructure and Network Analyst
Locations commutable from: Bradford, Halifax, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Leeds, Garforth, Wakefield, Castleford, Selby, Tadcaster, Pontefract, York, Derby, Loughborough, Burton, Stoke, Leicester, Nottingham, Birmingham with home working options 2 days a week
Salary: To £40,000 plus on call rates

A number of Infrastructure and Network Analyst are required supporting delivery teams across future operating models, installations and project service to our customers covering a wide range of technical disciplines which include:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in a broad hands-on role supporting an evolving technical IT infrastructure
- Covering end user and infrastructure support.
- Work closely with the Data centre operation team to fine tune critical systems
- Support the Technical Lead for Infrastructure based services
- Participate in Service Design sessions where technical requirements are captured and documented by the IT Infrastructure Team
- Provide 2nd/ 3rd line Infrastructure Support
- Windows Server administration 2003-2019
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Supporting Azure services, such as AAD, SSO, Intune, MFA and Conditional Access
- Provide technical support, mentoring and training to the service desk team
- Develop and maintain high quality support documentation
- Responsible for the monitoring of infrastructure and capacity management
- Working within an ITIL framework (Change, Incident, Problem Management)
- Support the business needs on an out of hours support rota and enhanced hours during peak periods
- Switch port vlan changes using Cisco Prime
- Raising Firewall changes to be completed my 3rd Party managed service
- Creating and updated network documentation
Experience and Qualifications
- Virtualisation
- Cloud Technologies such as AWS and Azure
- Experience working with 3rd party Data Centres
- MDM, Intune, Apple Business manager, Android technologies
- Active Directory Management DHCP, Group Policies, DNS
- Experience of supporting server operating systems 2003-2019
- End user device security (eg BitLocker WSUS)
- Supporting and developing M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange
- ITIL incident, problem and change management
- Anti-Virus and end user security
- CCNA
