Role: IT Operations Technician
Location: Remote Based – travel required
Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £25k to £30k
My client a leading services provider are looking to recruit an IT Operations Technician to act as a 2nd/3rd line escalation point for the IT team within the business
Key skills/experience;- 3+ years experience of working in professional, service-oriented IT team
- Experience supporting large enterprise (40+ sites), 3000+ support calls per month
- Experience with the following technologies;
- Windows OS (Server and Desktop) hardware, platforms and related products
- Windows Active Directory platform
- LAN / WAN / WLAN hardware, platforms and related products
- 0ffice365 environment & products
- svirtualisation platforms
- voice and communications hardware, platforms and related products
- Service Desk toolsets
Candidates must have a clean UK driving licence and be willing to travel.
