Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst (1st / 2nd Line)
Location: Huddersfield
Type: Permanent
Rate: £22,000
My client, a rapidly expanding organisation require a Service Desk Analyst to provide support and maintenance across the company’s IT systems and provide efficient 1st line support to all business users. This role will suit an experience Service Desk Analyst who can hit the ground running and doesn’t need guidance or leading.
Required skills/experience;- 1 Years previous IT service Desk and or Call Centre
- Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft office 365 applications
- Basic user & Security group administration via active directory
- Understanding of Incident Management,
- Using & Troubleshooting PC/Laptop, Mobile/Telephony (android) & Desktop security (antivirus)
- PC / HHT / Printer / Server hardware knowledge
- Network technology knowledge ( VPN/WAN/LAN/Remote Connectivity)
A driving licence is required for this role as occasional travel to sites will be required, a loan car will be provided by the company.
