- We are now looking for a proven Creative Media Manager to join our award winning client, a national digital and branding agency based in the East Midlands.
Our client is one of the leading brand agencies, boasting an enviable portfolio of clients and a whole host of industry awards.
Overseeing the day to day operations of our creative media department. You will manage a small creative team, be able to delegate, motivate and ensure maximum output from each team member.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• produce video content, storyboards, scripting, storytelling, filming and editing, and pre-production work to the highest creative standards, both for our clients and company.
• Managing and overseeing creative video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients and our company
• Produce TV programmes to be broadcasted on local TV stations across the UK
• Able to carry out professional interviews with celebrities
• In-house content for social media channels
• Delivering high quality and creative productions, within budget and on schedule
• Overseeing video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily accessed
• Operating video cameras, on location or in the studio, and in production of professional pre-recorded programming
• Designing, transporting, setting up and operating production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions
• Planning the shoot with the creative team and/or client.
Experience required:
• A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a similar role, in end to end creative video production is essential
• Previous experience using professional film cameras
• Knowledge on or experience of Gimbals
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passionate interest in film and video making and editing
• Must have extensive knowledge of computerised editing software and equipment including Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere, After Effects, Audition and Photoshop
• Understanding and extensive knowledge of post-production techniques
