Job Title: Business Analyst X 2
Location: Northampton
Type: 12 month FTC
Salary: £50,000
A leading financial services organisation require 2 x Business Analysts urgently on a fixed term basis. The role is suitable for Business Analysts with strong skills in stakeholder management, quality documentation and Process and Business Change.
Any experience of working on data or GDPR projects would be beneficial. Financial services experience is also highly desirable but again is not essential.
Key experience required for the Business Analysts include:- Extensive experience of operating as a BA (at least 5 years+) across full project lifecycle and within Financial Services organisations; i.e. delivering Requirements and Operational Design (Business-Processes) and supporting implementation of business-change projects. (essential)
- Structured Business-Analysis skills and approaches (e.g. workshop facilitation, requirements capture, analysis and documentation, [use-case and BRDs], business-impact assessment, business process design [BPMN and Swimlane], benefits identification and business-case modelling, traceability management).
- Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving skills (including creative thinking and decision-making).
- Ability to gather and analyse complex information, data and opinions from a range of sources (including people and documentation), assimilating this regarding how it relates to a business-need, process or concept (i.e. systems and conceptual thinking).
- Ability to communicate and represent complex information in easily understandable visual representations (diagrams, pictures, graphs); excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent people and relationship building skills
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to read different situations and adjust communication style accordingly.
- Evidence of supporting, coaching and developing colleagues in a line-management capacity or otherwise.
