Disruptive HR SaaS Start Up
Growing Tech start-up (5+ years) based in central London looking for a VP of Sales to join their thriving team. Company are a growing name within the HR SaaS markets and provide a platform which is gaining a strong reputation and some heavy hitting clients.
Job responsibilities:
Scale a successful SaaS sales team that delivers predictable revenue
Design Implement and own Go to market playbook from Lead gen to closing
Execute building a qualified pipeline and meeting revenue targets
On-board, train and coach a high performing sales team
Key Requirements:
5+ years of SaaS closing experience with some deals being £100,000+ ACV
Selling software into HR is highly desirable
Experience scaling, managing and developing a high performing quota carrying team
Be willing and able to personally be involved in critical deals
You have overseen monthly, quarterly and annual planning activities
Be a charismatic leader with excellent verbal and written communication
