Role Objectives
What is my client looking for?
- .NET, SQL Server
- Excellent Working knowledge of project delivery lifecycles and additional experience of leading software development projects
- Effectively manage direct reports and their teams in line with company policy and procedures, including performance, development and conflict resolutin
- Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies and good planning skills. Background in financial/commercial awareness desirable
- Excellent Root Cause Analysis & problem solving skills with ability to relay information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent reporting skills therefore essential
- Good negotiating and influencing skills with proven people management skills.
- No formal qualifications required, however a wider understanding of industry standard processes (e.g. ITIL) is essential
