- Role: Change Performance Manager (PMO)

Purpose of the Role: The main purpose of this role is to ensure Change performance measures and metrics are established and managed. Spanning across key project activities (Financials, MI, RAID and Resourcing) the Change Performance Manager will be accountable for managing, reviewing and providing MI to drive performance. Providing quality assurance on all metrics, working with multiple stakeholders, providing insight and challenge.
Key Responsibilities include:
Financial Management – Accountable for the client project financial trackers update and maintenance
with forecast and actuals.
Accountable for the end to end project financial lifecycle process. Ensuring delivery owners are
informed and skilled.
Manage project webtime allocation to project delivery owners. Ensuring budgets are reflected in client
financial trackers.
Present monthly financial reviews to key stakeholders, providing project financial position.
Create and deliver management information regarding project financials to support project activity.
Manage Portfolio RAIDs working with Governance Lead to ensure compliance and appropriate RAID
reporting.
Resource Management – Accountable for the central RDP Tool, providing overall view of Release
Management resource.
Provide MI for resource scheduling, capacity and utilisation across Release Management activities.
Produce timetabled resource planning to support financial reporting and client’s costs for forecasted
activities / periods.
Identify and work with relevant Resource Management teams re resourcing issues.
Support Change Delivery Leads, Delivery Analyst, and the Senior Leadership team in developing and
enhancing processes to the benefit of the business.
This is a brand new opportunity within the team, where you will be seen as a more senior member and be expected to mentor/coach more junior members of the team. You will have strong experience in a PMO environment, in particular on the financial management side. You will have strong reporting skills, and excellent stakeholder management experience.
