SaaS: Workforce Management Solution across healthcare, health and social and pharmacy sector My client, an award winning and thriving scale up, working with many of the leading names in the Pharmacy sector, are on a mission to mobilise the healthcare workforce. Having recently entered the Health and Social Care industry, they are looking for a highly motivated hunter, hands-on and target driven Sales Director who is comfortable driving new business and can demonstrate a proven experience selling Workforce Management Software at C- Suite level within enterprise level clients
The Sales Director will set the foundations for building a team of sales professionals, formulate and execute a sales strategy within the assigned territory, deliver pipeline development, acquire new customers and grow revenue
Workforce management experience is essential and prior experience and knowledge within healthcare, pharmacy, health and social care sectors, offering SaaS solutions in HR and recruitment would be highly desirable.
Location: UK Wide. Home based with regular travel across the UK and Ireland
Remuneration
£50-75k Base
Uncapped Commission, Realistic: £100k-120k+ OTE
