Salary:  £20,000- £23,500 + 15% bonus (paid out monthly)
Location:Â Remote initially but then London based

Essential skills/requirements below:
Proven 1st line support experience- Ensuring telephone calls, emails and self-service calls are answered promptly and in a professional manner
- Strong communicator, flexible, positive attitude  Â
- Ability to work under pressure
- 50/50 onsite support for senior directors and 1st line calls
- Office and Windows experience
