A fantastic opportunity to join a global technology provider, playing a crucial role as a senior manager responsible for the cloud platform, used by the companies R&D Engineering development & Solution Deployment teams. You will lead/manage the platform delivery engineering teams, who are responsible for Azure Cloud evaluation & innovation, building out the policies, standards and templates for use globally for all of the companies Technology. Strategic tooling services such as platform wide configuration management, orchestration and integrations into other key systems such as ServiceNow form key areas for this team.
Main skills responsibilities for the Principal Cloud Delivery Manager include:- Dealing with Senior Directors and VP's of the organisation
- Platform delivery management
- Leadership of a team across multiple sites/countries
- Microsoft Azure PaaS & IaaS, Office365 & PowerApps delivery & management experience
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline build, improvement and management
- Exposure to configuration management and orchestration tools across cloud and traditional technologies
- Exposure to system and application level telemetry for large distributed & micro services cloud architectures
