My client are looking at recruiting a Senior AND Principal Application Support/Software Support Engineer to join their team. You will play a key part in delivering excellent customer service and software products which covers problem and incident management, defects and service improvements, and product engineering.
What is my client looking for?- Experience of developing and providing application support in a managed services environment or managing technology enabled services within a regulated environment
- Developing and supporting applications hosted on Azure or virtual servers
- Java, .Net,C# web-technologies, Oracle, SQL Server and associated development languages / IDEs
- Experience of following a defined test and defect process and using tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar
- Demonstrable experience of identifying and delivering service improvements to delight our customers.
- Strong communicator
- Someone who can come in and hit the ground running!
